Digital lifeline for kids caught in divorce conflict
NCT ID NCT05822687
Summary
This study aims to find the best digital coping strategies to help children manage stress and reduce mental health risks after their parents' divorce. Researchers are testing three different online tools—teaching kids to reframe thoughts, use distraction, and practice relaxation—with 144 children aged 9-12. The goal is to combine the most effective techniques into a single program to help kids feel more secure and less anxious or depressed.
