App-based coach aims to boost well-being for autistic young adults

Summary

This study tests a smartphone-based digital coaching program for autistic young adults (ages 18-35) who are working, volunteering, or in school. The program provides personalized support to help improve mental health and achieve personal goals. 38 participants will use the digital coach for 10 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in anxiety, overall mental health, and goal progress.
