Summary
This study tests a mobile app that uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help treat depression. About 146 adults aged 18-45 with moderate to severe depression will use the app for 8 weeks, guided by AI. The goal is to see if the app reduces depression symptoms and to explore how it works in the brain.
