Summary
This study tests a digital cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) program with weekly phone coaching for pregnant women experiencing depressive symptoms. Researchers will enroll 1000 women between 12 and 22 weeks of pregnancy who score high on a depression screening. The goal is to see if the program is easy to use and helps reduce depression and anxiety, while also tracking infant development.
