Summary

This study tests whether a digital cognitive behavioral therapy program, supported by telephone coaching, can help reduce depression symptoms in pregnant women. About 634 mothers with mild to moderate depression were randomly assigned to either the guided digital program or standard educational materials. The goal is to see if the digital therapy improves mood and anxiety during pregnancy.
