New app aims to ease burden on family caregivers after ER visits

Summary
This study looks at whether a digital tool called Monka can help family caregivers of adults who have been treated in the emergency room and are going home. About 100 caregiver-patient pairs will take part. Caregivers will use the app for 3 months, and researchers will check their stress levels and quality of life at 30 and 90 days.
