NCT ID NCT07470736

First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study compares two methods for placing a breathing tube in a simulated difficult airway: using a video laryngoscope with a video stylet versus with a fiberoptic bronchoscope. About 75 experienced doctors and trainees will try both techniques on a mannequin. The goal is to see which method leads to faster, easier, and more successful tube placement, helping improve training and patient care.
