Summary
This study aims to see if a hands-on physical therapy, a special diet, or both work best to reduce pain and improve daily life for people with diabetic nerve damage (neuropathy). Researchers will enroll 60 adults aged 35-85 with moderate to severe symptoms. They will compare three approaches: the therapy alone, the diet plan alone, or a combination of both.
