Can a 9-Week diet plan fight weight gain after spinal injury?
NCT ID NCT06924177
Summary
This study is testing whether a 9-week diet program, guided by a dietician over video calls, can help people with long-term spinal cord injuries reduce body fat and improve how their bodies process sugar. Researchers will measure body fat and blood sugar markers in 20 adults before, right after, and 9 weeks after the program. The study also asks participants about what helped or made it hard to follow the diet plan in their daily lives.
