Summary

This study explores whether what you eat influences how quickly chronic kidney disease (CKD) gets worse in people with type 2 diabetes. Researchers will follow 160 adults with early-to-moderate CKD for 6 months, tracking changes in kidney function. The goal is to find dietary patterns that may help protect the kidneys.
