Summary

This early-stage trial is testing whether a special low-calorie, plant-based diet and high-dose vitamin C can make two immunotherapy drugs work better for people with a specific type of advanced colon cancer (KRAS-mutant). The main goals are to see if the combined approach is safe and if patients can stick to the diet plan while receiving the drugs. The study will also check if the treatment helps shrink tumors.
