Parkinson's patients test diet plan to ease constipation woes

Summary
This study is testing whether working with a dietitian on a personalized nutrition plan can help relieve constipation in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will enroll 54 participants who have both Parkinson's and chronic constipation. Half will receive detailed dietitian guidance for 3 months, while the other half gets general advice, to compare effects on bowel movements and gut health.
