Summary
This study compares the effects of Mediterranean and Paleolithic diets on disease activity, nutrition, and quality of life in adults aged 40-60 with rheumatoid arthritis. Over 12 weeks, participants will follow one of these diets or their usual diet. The goal is to see if these eating patterns can reduce inflammation and improve well-being.
