Mind-Body boost: lifestyle program may supercharge chemo in breast cancer

NCT ID NCT07107594

First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study tests whether a program of physical exercise, nutritional guidance, and psychological support during chemotherapy can improve how well the tumor responds to treatment in women with early-stage breast cancer. About 214 women will be randomly assigned to either the lifestyle program or standard care. The goal is to see if this approach leads to less cancer remaining at surgery and better recovery afterward.
