NCT ID NCT05230524

First seen Nov 16, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looked at how well the DiamondTemp ablation system stops abnormal heart rhythms in people with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (a type of irregular heartbeat that comes and goes). The goal was to track freedom from atrial fibrillation for up to 3 years after the procedure. The study enrolled 84 adults who had not responded well to heart rhythm medications. It was terminated early, so results are limited.
