First seen Jan 24, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a type of electrical current called diadynamic current can help relieve symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome, a common condition that causes pain, numbness, and weakness in the hand. Researchers will treat 80 adults with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome and measure changes in symptoms, hand strength, and nerve function. The goal is to see if this quick, non-invasive therapy is a good option for managing the condition.
