Summary
This study tests two home-visiting programs for nearly 1,000 pregnant or new mothers who had gestational diabetes. One group gets enhanced lifestyle coaching plus medically tailored meals; the other gets coaching alone. The goal is to see if these programs reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes by 12 months after giving birth.
