First seen May 17, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at whether extra counseling sessions can help people with type 2 diabetes become more physically active and reduce sitting time. About 123 adults will be split into three groups: standard care, informational talks, or talks plus supervised exercise sessions. The goal is to see if these approaches improve activity levels, health, and quality of life over 6 to 12 months.
