Summary
This study tests a nutrition program designed specifically for African patients with type 2 diabetes. 64 adults in Benin will either receive the tailored program or standard care. The goal is to see if the program helps lower blood sugar and improve eating habits over 6 months, with effects checked again at 12 months.
