Summary
This study aims to understand the relationship between nutritional knowledge and how well type 2 diabetes patients follow the Mediterranean diet. Researchers will survey 500 patients about their diet knowledge and eating habits, while also measuring their blood sugar, cholesterol, and muscle strength. The goal is to gather information that could help improve dietary education and support for people managing diabetes.
