Summary
This study is testing a new computer software tool designed to help healthcare providers make better treatment decisions for adults with type 2 diabetes who are on multiple medications, including insulin. The goal is to see if the software is safe and practical to use, and if it helps improve patients' blood sugar control. The study will involve 18 participants who will use the software as part of their regular diabetes care.
