NCT ID NCT06375460

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone app that shows real-time blood sugar and activity data can help 100 teens and young adults with type 2 diabetes improve their glucose control. Participants use a continuous glucose monitor, a Fitbit, and the Healthmine app to see trends and get prompts to reflect on their health behaviors. The goal is to make diabetes management easier and more effective, not to cure the disease.
