Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called DFV890 in about 62 adults with certain bone marrow diseases, including lower-risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML). The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can reduce the need for blood transfusions. Participants will receive DFV890 and be closely monitored for side effects and disease response.
