First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a drug called DFMO can help prevent cancer from returning in children and young adults with relapsed Ewing sarcoma or osteosarcoma who have finished all other treatments and show no signs of cancer. About 15 participants will take DFMO for up to two years. The main goal is to see if it is feasible to give this drug and to measure how long participants stay cancer-free.
