Summary

This study tests two forms of dexamphetamine (a stimulant) against a placebo in 105 adults who have both ADHD and moderate to severe depression. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can improve symptoms of both conditions. Participants will take tablets or capsules for a set period, and researchers will track side effects and mood changes.
