Summary
This study tests whether giving a steroid (dexamethasone) during shoulder replacement surgery can improve recovery. Researchers will measure pain, nausea, how long patients stay in the hospital, and shoulder function. The study involves 74 adults with shoulder arthritis who are having their first shoulder replacement.
