Summary
This study tests whether artificial intelligence (AI) can help detect aortic stenosis, a narrowing of the heart valve, in people aged 70 and older during routine clinic visits. Participants will have a portable ECG and heart ultrasound, and AI will analyze the results to see if it can spot moderate or severe disease earlier. The goal is to improve diagnosis without extra hospital visits.
