Summary
This study tests a new treatment called Descartes-08 in 50 children, adolescents, and young adults with four autoimmune diseases: lupus, vasculitis, myasthenia gravis, and dermatomyositis. The goal is to see if it is safe and can control moderate disease symptoms. Participants receive weekly infusions, and researchers monitor side effects and how well the therapy works over a year.
