First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This small pilot study is testing whether a brief, culturally adapted form of behavioral activation therapy is acceptable and practical for adults with depression in a primary care setting. Researchers will work with 12 participants and their healthcare providers to see if the therapy is well-received and can be easily used in routine care. The goal is to gather feedback and early data to inform larger future studies.
