Summary
This study tested whether an 8-week group therapy program called behavioral activation could help adults with depression in community health centers in Thanh Hoa, Vietnam. 242 adults with moderate to severe depression took part. The program aimed to reduce depressive symptoms and improve quality of life by encouraging positive activities and coping skills.
