New phone program aims to lift depression in essential hospital workers
NCT ID NCT06753123
Summary
This study is testing a workplace program designed to help low-wage hospital workers manage depression symptoms and become more physically active. The program includes phone counseling sessions, work coaching, help with basic needs like food and housing, and text message support. Researchers will test this approach with 10 hospital service workers to see if it's practical and helpful before expanding to a larger study.
