New hope for depressed Moms-to-Be: quit smoking with mood support

Summary

This study tests a program that combines mood management with health and wellness coaching to help pregnant smokers who are depressed quit smoking and stay smoke-free after giving birth. About 26 participants will receive the intervention during pregnancy and after delivery. The goal is to see if addressing depression can improve smoking quit rates and reduce depressive symptoms.
