Summary
This study tests a new two-drug combination (enfortumab vedotin plus avelumab) as a first treatment for men with advanced or metastatic penile cancer that cannot be cured by surgery. The goal is to see if the drugs can shrink tumors and help patients live longer. The trial enrolls 25 adults with confirmed penile squamous cell carcinoma.
