First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This small pilot study looks at whether a glass-hybrid filling can help children aged 7-13 who have a condition called Molar-Incisor Hypomineralization (MIH), which causes weak, sensitive teeth. The study will measure changes in chewing muscle activity and tooth sensitivity before and 3 months after treatment. Only 5 children will take part, and the goal is to see if the filling improves comfort and bite function.
