Summary

This study compares two types of dental files used during root canal treatment to see which one causes less pain during and after the procedure. 56 adults with infected upper premolars will be randomly assigned to receive treatment with either a reciprocating or a rotary file system. Pain levels will be measured using a standard scale, and any painkiller use will also be tracked for one week after treatment.
