NCT ID NCT07326241

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looks at 75 children aged 6 to 12 who have a condition called Molar-Incisor Hypomineralization (MIH), which makes their permanent molars weak and sensitive. The researchers want to see if applying silver diamine fluoride or using cold therapy inside the mouth can help numb the tooth better before drilling and filling cavities. The goal is to reduce pain and anxiety during dental visits.
