Can a dental microscope make your root canal less painful?

Summary
This study aims to see if using a high-powered dental microscope during a specific tooth-saving procedure (a pulpotomy) leads to less pain afterward. Researchers will compare the procedure done with the microscope to the same procedure done without it. They will measure pain levels and quality of life in 82 adult patients with painful, deeply decayed teeth.
