Summary
This study aims to see if attaching a new tooth to a dental implant right away is as safe and successful as waiting three months. It will follow 50 adults who need a tooth replaced for one year, checking how well the implant and new tooth hold up. Researchers will compare the outcomes between the immediate and delayed groups using clinical exams and X-rays.
