Summary
This study looks at two ways to place dental implants in people who have a gap in the bone on the cheek side of the implant. One method uses a bone graft to fill the gap, and the other does not. The goal is to see which approach leads to better implant success and patient satisfaction. About 20 adults who need an implant and have this bone gap will take part.
