Summary
This study looked at two ways to manage the gap between a dental implant and the bone after a tooth is pulled. Researchers compared using a bone graft (from cow bone) versus a tissue graft (from the patient's own gum) in 8 adults. They measured changes in bone and gum over 6 months using scans. The goal was to see which method leads to better healing around the implant.
