Summary
This study tested five different methods of drilling bone for dental implants in 100 adults. The goal was to find which technique gives the best implant stability and causes the least patient anxiety. Researchers measured how tight the implant fit and how stable it was right after surgery, and asked patients about their fear before and after the procedure. The results will help dentists choose the best approach for a smoother, more comfortable implant experience.
