Summary
This study compared two methods for healing dental implants in people missing all lower teeth. Twenty participants received six implants each; some were loaded with a temporary bar immediately, while others healed without loading. Researchers tracked implant survival, bone health, and patient comfort over two years to see which approach worked better.
