New dengue pill aims to knock out fever faster

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called EYU688 in 108 adults with dengue fever. The goal is to see if it can lower the amount of virus in the blood and help fever go away sooner compared to a placebo. Participants must have had a fever for 48 hours or less and test positive for dengue.
