Summary
This study aims to safely infect a small group of healthy adult volunteers with a weakened strain of dengue virus. Researchers will closely monitor the volunteers to understand exactly how the virus behaves in the body and how the immune system responds. The information gathered will be used to help design and test future dengue vaccines and treatments.
