First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a tailored education program, based on the Health Belief Model, can improve older adults' knowledge about dementia and encourage them to adopt healthier lifestyles to reduce their risk. Researchers will work with 60 volunteers aged 60 and older who do not have dementia. The goal is to see if understanding dementia better can motivate positive behavior changes like staying active and eating well.
