Summary
This study tested whether a health belief model-based education program could improve knowledge about dementia and increase motivation to adopt healthy behaviors in adults aged 60 and older. 66 participants without dementia took part. The program aimed to help seniors understand their personal risk and take steps like staying active and socially connected to potentially delay or prevent dementia.
