Summary
This study tested an 8-week telehealth program for people with Alzheimer's or related dementias living at home with a caregiver. The program used Zoom to teach caregivers how to better support daily activities and manage challenging behaviors. 84 people (person with dementia plus their caregiver) took part. The goal was to see if this approach is practical and helps improve the person's daily function and reduce caregiver stress.
