First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tested a new drug called delpazolid, given with three standard TB medicines (bedaquiline, delamanid, moxifloxacin), in 76 adults with newly diagnosed, drug-sensitive pulmonary tuberculosis. The goal was to see if the combination is safe and how the body processes the drug over 16 weeks. Results help determine the best dose for future studies.
