Summary
This study tested a Thai-language version of a tool called the Delirium Diagnostic Tool-Provisional (DDT-Pro) in 110 elderly hip fracture patients. The goal was to see if it accurately diagnoses delirium compared to the standard method. If it works, it could give doctors a simple way to spot delirium without needing special expertise.
