Summary
This pilot study tests a topical cream called delgocitinib in 30 adults with two types of scarring hair loss: lichen planopilaris and central centrifugal cicatricial alopecia. Participants apply the cream twice daily for 48 weeks. The study focuses on safety and changes in immune markers in the scalp, not yet on hair regrowth.
